One of the newest additions to the roster of events taking place on Memorial Day weekend during the Phippen Museum’s annual Western Art Show & Sale has also turned out to be one of its most popular. The Artist Meet ‘n’ Greet Dinner will be held at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, May 27, at the Phippen Museum, 4701 N. Highway 89, Prescott.
This year’s evening of Western art and entertainment promises the perfect opportunity to discover more about our rich ranching and cowboy heritage, the great art of the American West and the talented artists who create it.
Members and guests in attendance will have the chance to mingle with more than 40 participating artists from the Show & Sale, ask questions, and learn more about the artists and their Western fine art.
In addition, attendees can also explore the museum’s current exhibitions, including the Miniature Masterpiece Show & Sale, Unbridled Spirit: Pioneering Women in Art, and Arizonarama: The Art of R.G. Rodell, enjoy refreshing libations from a cash bar, and live entertainment performed by Arizona musician Danny Romero.
A ranch-style dinner with all the fixin’s will be served by hometown favorite Premier Catering & Events, a news release stated.
So dust off your boots, grab your friends and neighbors and come join the Phippen Museum for an exceptional evening of fabulous fine art, food, friendship and lots of fun.
Seating for this event is $40 per person and reservations can be made by calling 928-778-1385. Act fast because this event is a consistently sold-out affair.
