Celebrate the ancient art of storytelling at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 14, at the Elks Performing Arts Center Crystal Ballroom, 117 E. Gurley St.

The public is invited to this entertaining event where community friends and neighbors tell their personal stories before a live audience. These true tales will spark laughter, tears, and sometimes they will open listeners to a fresh way of seeing the world.

This month’s topic is: A Time You Were Pushed into the Unknown.
